Welcome To The podPreach Demo!
podPreach is a unique new Pod Casting service for churches and Christian organisations that allows you to broadcast your message to the world via our web service without the need of any technical knowledge or even your own website. Anyone who can use a mouse can use podPreach!Below is an explanation of how the service works!
This is the how your public podPreach page will look, only where you see this text, you will be able to put any message that you like. With podPreach Membership, you will have an Admin Area that you can log into at any time and instantly change the message, or any of the other displayed information. To the right you will see the podPreach logo. this will be replaced by your own picture once registered and uploaded.
The rest of the page will be as follows:
In the Welcome Banner your church or organisation's name will appear. Below this to the left where you see Church Name etc., all of this information can be changed instantly at any time when logged into your Admin Area.
To the right you will see the audio player. This is where your uploaded sermons can be heard by the public at any time and up to 100 can be displayed at any one time. Clicking on any of the titles in the list will allow you to listen to it immediately, but if you want hear it later, below the player you will see a Download Sermon button. Clicking this will reveal a list of all of your uploaded sermons and any of them can be downloaded to a PC, or transferred to a mobile device such as a mobile phone or iPod etc, to be listened to later.
Also below the player is a Donate button. Although displayed on the Demo site, when logged into your Admin Area you will have the option to display it or not. If you choose to use this option any donations will be paid directly into you own Paypal account. Details on how to set this up are included in the manual. At present it shows Media Ministries for demonstration purposes.
Again, once logged into the Admin Page any sermon that has been recorded on a CD or PC can be uploaded to your podPreach site at any time using the Admin Area up-loader, which will automatically place your sermons in date order with the latest at the top of the list. You will also see that when a sermon is selected in the player, a picture (currently the podPreach Logo) appears. This can also be changed to a picture of your choice at any time in your Admin Area, which will also be displayed to the right of this text area at all times.
You may also want to put links on existing websites to send people to your podPreach page. These are provided for you in your Admin Area, all you have to do is copy the provided text into existing websites and a small clickable banner will appear on them linking direct to your podPreach page.
All of the above operations are very quick and simple to process in the Admin Area, having said that, podPreach is a very secure site and access to your Admin Area is password protected, so no one without your password will be able to change anything on your podPreach page. If you are concerned that you may have problems operating the service, there is no need to worry as on-going technical support is provided by podPreach for all subscribing members, which can also be found in the Admin Area.
Full operating instructions on how to copy your sermons from a CD and then upload them to podPreach will be sent to you along with everything else you need to know about podPreach when you subscribe to the service.

What does it cost?
podPreach is a very easy to use and affordable service and to be apart of podPreach the costs are as follows:
There is a one off memberships fee, which covers your podPreach site set up of £99 + vat (= £113.85 with 15% vat). Plus a quarterly service fee of £24.75 + vat (= £28.46 with 15% vat). Therefore, all it costs is £142.31 followed by a payment of £28.46 every 3 months.
